Email City.Connector@rythmbara.in with the subject “GoBla account deletion”. Include the mobile number registered to your account. You can request deletion without installing or signing into the app.

Do not email passwords, OTPs or identity-document images. Support will verify account ownership before acting. Opening this page or your email app does not itself delete anything.

What happens next

Support reviews your request and confirms the steps to remove your account and associated profile, documents, saved preferences and other personal data. Active journeys, unresolved payments, safety complaints or legal retention obligations may require some records to be retained. We will explain any retained records and applicable retention details in the response; account suspension alone is not account deletion.

Backups and records that must be retained are handled under the privacy policy and applicable obligations. This is a manual request process, not an instant deletion service.
