Is this a taxi-booking service?
GoBla connects members for shared seats and driver-posted private full-vehicle journeys. Read each posted ride’s route, vehicle, contribution and pickup details. Private bookings reserve the entire listed vehicle at its displayed total price. Departures depend on driver availability.
Where can I travel right now?
Our current service area is Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Bengaluru. Only supported cities appear in the route suggestions.
Can a driver change the departure time?
A driver can update a scheduled ride before it starts. Riders with pending or confirmed bookings receive an in-app update with the new time. Review the change and contact the driver if it no longer works for you.
What if I need help?
Use your trip’s cancellation controls if plans change. Contact us by phone or email, or submit a support request at any time and check replies in the app. Follow your support request and replies in the app.
Can I create an account now?
Yes. Sign in with your mobile code and enter your name and a valid email address. One account lets you book a journey or offer a ride.
