Update your installed app

Open the downloaded APK and choose Update. This build updates the dedicated Android app while retaining its encrypted sign-in on the same device. Keep your existing app installed during the update.

Using the earlier website-based Android app?

Use this matching update for the earlier website-based app. It keeps that app’s identity and local sign-in data.

Both apps use the same GoBla account. Switching between the two separate app types requires signing in once.

Live trip tracking

  1. Turn on your phone’s Location setting.
  2. As the driver, start your journey and open Live trip & safety.
  3. Tap Start GPS sharing and allow the requested location and notification permissions.
  4. Use Share live trip with family to send your private tracking link to someone you trust.

The dedicated app displays an ongoing tracking notification with a Stop control. Check GPS and mobile connectivity before setting off; device battery settings can affect background tracking. The earlier website-based app should stay open during tracking.
